Abeda Inamdar Junior College a prestigious institution for young, aspiring, ambitious female youth, who have a mission to rule the world, holds a significant position in the renowned AZAM campus located in the hearts of Pune city.

“Navigate, strive and thrive” has been the goal of this women institution established in the year 1989. Since early years it was contemplated to provide education of International standards for students in Pune, India and students from foreign countries. It also provides them new vistas to enable them to stretch their wings and make their dreams come true.

The dream merchants of this novel and noble endeavor were Philanthropists who believe that ‘Knowledge is Power’ are our luminous visionaries Mr. P.A. Inamdar, A pioneer par excellence and the charismatic Mrs. Abeda Inamdar who stands as a role model for women liberations and empowerment. Their generous donation and dedication, devotion and perseverance have seen the junior college raise from a mere 60 students per faculty an overwhelming 2000 students (24 divisions). The Junior College today has to its credit striking features regarding the expansion of infrastructure along with the total number of students from a single floored building. We have extended to two buildings along with will furnished labs, libraries and computer labs with high speed net connectivity.

Abeda Inamdar Junior College for Girls is a Cosmopolitan Institution and is a “Microcosm of Society” and reflects the real world outside its wall. Well here dream of a better tomorrow and who else is going to make it happen if not the young girls of our college who have the benefits of a comprehensive education and the fire and idealism of youth.
